  • How long will it take to receive my item?
    Preparation time for shipping (1-2 days) Your chosen plants will checked to ensure health and quality! Soil will be removed gently with a brush (as per UK Plant Health Authority requirements). We take pride in our rare/unique plants; delicately packing each item and attaching a unique plant passport, to ensure 100% customer satisfaction every time! Estimated shipping time, once in the safe hands of our couriers (1-2 days) SMS/email notification messages are sent on the day of delivery to keep you updated. You will also receive a 30-90 minute pre-delivery notification! Not going to be in? We can leave your parcel in a safe place at the delivery address, deliver it to a neighbour, drop your parcel off at a local shop or you can change the delivery date provided. Please note: We only ship items on Monday's, Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Thursday's.
  • Can i visit the nursery?
    Although we would love to meet you, at the moment we are just an online shop and do not have a public nursery. However; if you'd like to subscribe to our mailing list, we would be more than happy to keep you updated if this changes! 😊 🌵🌸

  • Will my plant come with any instructions?
    Yes! You will receive a 'STEP BY STEP' instructions/guide with your order.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ? (Demo)
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Get Started” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I add a new question & answer? (Demo)
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click ‘Manage FAQ’ button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title? (Demo)
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under ‘Info to Display.’
