Preparation time for shipping (1-2 days)

Your chosen plants will checked to ensure health and quality! Soil will be removed gently with a brush (as per UK Plant Health Authority requirements). We take pride in our rare/unique plants; delicately packing each item and attaching a unique plant passport, to ensure 100% customer satisfaction every time!

Estimated shipping time, once in the safe hands of our couriers (1-2 days)

SMS/email notification messages are sent on the day of delivery to keep you updated.

You will also receive a 30-90 minute pre-delivery notification!

Not going to be in? We can leave your parcel in a safe place at the delivery address, deliver it to a neighbour, drop your parcel off at a local shop or you can change the delivery date provided.

Please note: We only ship items on Monday's, Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Thursday's.

Yes! You will receive a 'STEP BY STEP' instructions/guide with your order.
