SHIPPING POLICY

We take pride in our rare/unique plants; delicately packing each item and attaching a unique plant passport, to ensure 100% customer satisfaction every time!

We use one of the most renowned 'planet friendly' courier services, committed to reducing their carbon footprint; whilst upholding accuracy, speed and care of service.

Customers will receive a one hour delivery window via SMS or email, which allows you to track the progress of your parcel on a map, counting down to a 15 minute window. Typically 1-2 day's delivery! Not going to be in? You have various options; we can leave your parcel in a safe place at the delivery address, deliver to a neighbour, drop your parcel off at a local shop or change the delivery date provided.

RETURN POLICY

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, by inspecting every plant before it leaves our nursery and using a renowned courier service to ensure it arrives safely to your door.

We offer a 7 day full refund guarantee against damage in transit or bad quality stock, which must be reported to us via email within 3 days of delivery. However, if a problem arises later we will consider it on a case by case basis and work to come to a mutual arrangement. Please email desertplants@cactusandsucculents.co.uk and include your name, purchase order number, description of problem encountered and attach any pictures, to help us to resolve problem quickly!

 

If you change your mind and wish to return your purchase you must notify us via email before attempting any return. Unwanted items must be returned within 7 days after receipt, in complete resalable condition. We will only accept authorised returns to our returns address and retain the right to refuse any returns which do not meet the above requirements. Please note; we do not offer free returns for unwanted purchases. We do not offer a free collection service and we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items sent back to us. We therefore recommend you obtain proof of postage. You must include your name and purchase order number, as we cannot process a refund without these details.

Once the item has been received and checked, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.
