Standard Delivery – £5.95
Delivery takes 3–5 working days (excluding purchase date and bank holidays) with Royal Mail.

Express Delivery – £8.95
Order before 12pm and we’ll send your order the next working day. Delivery takes 2 working days (excluding purchase date and bank holidays) with Royal Mail.

Please note: Occasionally, plants require additional time to dry before shipping. If we are unable to dispatch your order within the express delivery timeframe, we will fulfill it via standard delivery, refund the £3 surcharge automatically, and notify you by email.

RETURN POLICY

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, by inspecting every plant before it leaves our nursery and using a renowned courier service to ensure it arrives safely to your door.

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours (prior to dispatch).

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 consider cacti and succulent plants as perishable goods, so orders cannot be cancelled or returned once they have been dispatched.

Any item damaged in transit or bad quality stock must be reported to us via email within 48 hours of delivery. Please email desertplants@cactusandsucculents.co.uk and include your name, purchase order number, description of problem encountered and attach any pictures, to help us to resolve the problem quickly!

Eligible refunds will be issued within 7 days.
