This Astrophytum asterias 'Super Kabuto' has been temporarily grafted onto vigorous Pereskiopsis rootstock to encourage rapid, healthy growth during its early stages. This method allows the plant to develop much faster than it would on its own roots, producing a stronger, more established specimen in a shorter period of time.
